We value your product purchase which is why it comes with a 12-month limited manufactured warranty from the date of purchase against manufactured defects only. You must have a warranty card or online registration on file that indicates the product was registered.

Limited Manufacture Warranty Information: The warranty covers electronics only; it does not include the shaft, case breakage, any form of physical damage, or damage due to normal wear and tear. If the product fails due to a defect within the specified 12-month warranty period from the original invoice date, the original customer must contact HerculesAG to file a claim. A warranty card and registration must be on file with HerculesAG. If the product is found to be defective and is within the warranty period, replacement will be provided. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty Does Not Include: fading, abuse, misuse, breakage, normal wear and tear, extreme temperatures, improper charging - use of aftermarket charging cord.

Returns: In the event a product needs to be returned to HerculesAG for a warranty claim:

1. Enclose a note with the product that includes your name, full address and phone number

2. Enclose proof of purchase receipt

3. Send the product and the above information to:
