EZ WARRANTY
We value your product purchase which is why it comes with a 12-month limited manufactured warranty from the date of purchase against manufactured defects only. You must have a warranty card or online registration on file that indicates the product was registered. The Hornet 2600 handle is only covered by this warranty with use of a HerculesAG shaft only.
To File a Claim: Email or Text picture/video and description of the malfunction and Proof of Purchase of where you bought it.All claims are contingent upon defect verification and proof of purchase. We will be in contact with you concerning your claim, please be sure to have a valid email address and phone number. All replacements will incur a shipping and handling fee. Limited Manufacture Warranty Information: The warranty covers electronics only; it does not include the shaft, case breakage, any form of physical damage, or damage due to normal wear and tear. If the product fails due to a defect within the specified 12-month warranty period from the original invoice date, the original customer must contact HerculesAG to file a claim. A warranty card and registration must be on file with HerculesAG. If the product is found to be defective and is within the warranty period, replacement will be provided. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Does Not Include: fading, abuse, misuse, breakage, normal wear and tear, extreme temperatures, improper charging - use of aftermarket charging cord or other brands of shafts.
Returns: In the event a product needs to be returned to HerculesAG for a warranty claim:
1. Enclose a note with the product that includes your name, full address and phone number. Please describe the issue.
2. Enclose proof of purchase receipt.
